How to choose the pipe of piping?
Piping and line piping arrangement is used for auxiliary circuit arrangement and wire protection during construction or home appliance decoration. The concealed pipe can be placed in the cast-in-place concrete member, and the pipe can be tied to the steel bar with iron wire, or it can be nailed to the template, but the pipe needs to be laid on the liner and tied with iron wire. How to choose the pipe of piping?
1. Rigid plastic pipe
The hard distribution pipe is suitable for the steam of indoor or mountain, alkali and other corrosive media places. The exposed hard plastic pipe is suitable for steel pipe protection when passing through the floor and other places vulnerable to mechanical damage. The hard plastic pipe buried in the ground shows that the ground is vulnerable to mechanical damage passages and is directly protected by steel pipes.
2. Semi-hard plastic pipe
Semi-rigid plastic piping is only suitable for lighting projects of ordinary civil buildings with 6 floors and below. Precast concrete floor slabs need to be laid in the gaps in question, not on the floor plane, nor on the ceiling and retaining wall sandwich and in the board wall.
3. Wall tube
Piping thin-walled pipes are usually used for bright hot compresses in dry places, and can be concealed in ceilings, plywood walls, and inside walls and concrete layers. Thick-walled pipes are used for steaming in explosion-proof places or dark steaming in mechanical loading places, and phosphorus land may be directly buried after anti-corrosion treatment. Galvanized pipes are usually used outdoors or as a dark coat in corrosive soil layers.
What is the construction method of piping?
1. Pipe trenching
Most of the process pipelines are laid underground or in ditches in this project, so it is necessary to dig trenches before installing pipes, and the following regulations shall be observed when digging trenches:
2. When the trench excavation is large, the depth of layered excavation shall be determined and the following provisions shall be observed:
(1) When the groove depth of manual excavation exceeds 3 meters, it should be excavated in layers, and the depth of each layer shall not exceed 2 meters.
(2) The width of the interlayer bracket for manual excavation of multi-layer grooves: the stop groove shall not be less than O.8m, the straight groove shall not be less than O.5m, and the well point equipment shall not be less than 1.5m.
(3) When mechanical trenching, the depth of the trench layer should be determined according to the mechanical properties.
(4) When manually digging the groove, the pile height shall not exceed 1.5 meters, and the edge of the gap shall not be less than 0.8 meters.
(5) The gantry plate used for digging the trench is fixed and placed at the possible middle line of the pipeline at each slope change point, and the group spacing shall not exceed 20 meters. (6) When there is abundant groundwater in the excavated trench, it is necessary to set up a centralized well and pump the water to the drain outlet with a submersible pump to prevent the collapse of the pipe area.
(7) There shall be no stones, roots, waste or other hard objects in the excavated trench, and the bottom of the trench shall not be flat or uneven.
(8) Use a level to check whether the height of the bottom surface of the pipe area meets the design height. If some places are inconsistent, please repair them manually. In order for the pipe trench to be straight, it is necessary to provide a 50mm installation spacing under the clamp and member.
3. Piping handling and transportation
(1) Necessary measures shall be taken to protect the anticorrosive coating inside and outside of piping and parts from damage during pipeline construction and during loading and unloading to the site or designated place.
(2) In the process of pipeline transportation, temporary packages and packing boxes for protection shall not be removed before the pipeline is installed. Need to check, check after the completion of repackaging and storage.
(3) During the process of loading, unloading, transportation and stacking, adequate measures should be taken to reduce the conflict of the pipeline, and the surface coating and lining of the pipeline should be protected to avoid damage.
(4) Hoisting pipes and components are suitable for non-metallic lifting belt operations without hooks and other equipment. Hooks or other tools are lifted or loaded to both ends of the pipeline to keep the outer layer of the pipeline corrupt and the inner lining.
