Tee, also known as tee fittings or tee fittings, tee joints, etc. Mainly used to change the direction of the fluid, used in the main pipeline to be in charge. Can be classified by pipe diameter. Generally made of carbon steel, cast steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy, plastic, argon leaching, PVC and other materials.

What is the explanation of the concept of three links?
The t-shape is a device and pipe connector. Fittings t-tee or t-tee fittings, also known as t-joints, are used when branching pipes.
The tee has three holes: one inlet and two outlets. Or chemical pipe fittings with two inlets and one outlet, with T-type and Y-type, equiangular nozzles, and different diameter outlets for the gathering of three identical or different pipes. The main role of t is to change the direction of the fluid.
What is the classification of the three links?
Division according to pipe diameter size
The nozzle ends of the total tee are all the same size.
The size of the main nozzle of different diameter t tee is the same, and the size of the branch nozzle is smaller than that of the main channel.
Divided by process
1. Hydraulic expansion type
Hydraulic expansion is a forming process by which a shaft of metallic material compensates for the expansion of a branch channel. The process is: use a special hydraulic machine to inject liquid into the diameter, etc., through the hydraulic machine of the two horizontal side cylinder synchronous middle movement extrusion tube blank, tube blank is extruded after the volume becomes smaller, the internal liquid as the volume becomes smaller, the pressure becomes larger. When the pressure required for partial expansion is reached, the metal material flows out along the mold cavity under the dual action of the liquid pressure in the side cylinder and the tube blank to expand.
The compression expansion process can be formed at one time and has high production efficiency. Both the main and shoulder wall thicknesses have been increased.
Due to the large tonnage of equipment required for the smooth hydraulic expansion process, it is mainly used in the manufacture of standard wall thickness types less than DN400 in China. Suitable molding materials include low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, such as copper, aluminum, titanium and other non-ferrous metal materials.
2. Hot pressing
Hot press forming is a blank larger than the diameter, which is to flatten it to about the diameter and open the hole in the extruded branch part. After heating, it is placed in the forming mold, and the mold of the stretching branch is installed. Under pressure, the blank of the channel is compressed in the radial direction, and the metal flows in the radial compression to the branch direction, and the branch is formed under the stretching of the mold. The whole process is made by the radial compression of the tube blank and the stretching process of the branch part. Unlike the hydraulic expansion tee, the metal in the hot-pressed form is compensated by the radial movement of the pipe, so it is also called the radial compensation process.
T is pressed after heating, so the tonnage of equipment required for material forming is reduced. Hot pressing has a wide range of adaptability to materials and is suitable for low carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel materials. Especially for large diameter, pipe wall thickness parts, this forming process is usually used.
