Before installation, you need to read the documents carefully, cut off the power supply, and install it by professional technicians.
The water flow direction needs to be the same as the arrow direction of the valve body.
The valve should be located on the coil connection plate so that it will fall on the water plate when the water drops.
The valve body and actuator should be installed within 60mm of the vertical direction, and there must be at least 30mm of space above it to be removed.
The tee joint needs to maintain sufficient maintenance work area with surrounding pipelines, equipment, and buildings, and needs to be installed where the repairman can reach through the manhole.
Install the valve body and install the driver only after passing the pipeline and test pressure.
If the driver has been installed on the valve body, no force should be applied to the driver during installation and commissioning. Otherwise, the drive may be damaged.
After the tee is installed and confirmed to be correct, turn on the power for debugging. It is necessary to observe the entire operating cycle of the drive at least 3 times to ensure that all components are correct. After passing the water-free trial, conduct the unified recruitment test again. The pressure drop of the upper and lower water in the system needs to be strictly controlled within 0.15MPa to ensure the effectiveness of the three-way regulating valve on the water flow switch.

Therefore, the main factors of the quality of the tee are directly related to the shape of the mold, including the inner and outer diameter size, roundness, transverse flatness, etc. The quality of the mold determines the quality of the tee forming. 3. The contour of the T-shirt is determined by the shape of the inner cavity of the forming die. Therefore, the size of the T-shaped shoulder, the shape of the main pipe and the branch transition part, etc., reflect the reliability of the T-shaped. Therefore, the design, manufacture and maintenance of the tee mold is an important factor in the quality of the tee.
