Scheme description: 1) The AXC2152 controller is used as a cloud service controller, and the skid-mounted equipment communicates with the process controller PLC ILC 171 in real time to directly transmit information to the two controllers of the Proficloud or third-party cloud platform; 2) MGUARD firewall 4G router provides information security, real-time, transmission path from mobile to cloud platform. 3) Trusted wireless wireless technology realizes remote transmission to the plant-wide control system DCS based on local signal wireless mode. 4) When the customer maintains the equipment, the WLAN wireless technology can be connected to the local PLC without directly opening the cover with the handheld terminal, so it is convenient and fast. 5) The PLC has a Webvisit function, and the upper monitor image can be downloaded to the PLC and accessed through the PC.
