There are many precautions for the use and maintenance of stainless steel elbows. The use of stainless steel elbow measures and precautions are as follows:
1. Stainless steel elbows stored for a long time should be inspected as planned. Always keep clean, clean the bare appearance, remove dirt, neatly stored in the indoor ventilation. Stacking or open storage is prohibited. Adhere to the dry and ventilated stainless steel elbow, clean the equipment, and store it according to the accurate storage method.
2. When using this equipment, the stainless steel elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method, and the equipment can be executed according to the location of use. In general, it can be located anywhere in the pipeline, but it needs to be easy to operate. Pay attention to cut off the flow of stainless steel elbow medium should be in the longitudinal valve under the direction of the upper flow, and stainless steel elbow can only be horizontal equipment. The stainless steel elbow in the equipment should be sealed to avoid large area leakage and affect the normal operation of the pipeline.
3. When using stainless steel elbow ball valves, globe valves and gate valves, they can only be opened and closed, and the flow rate is not allowed to be adjusted to avoid corrosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. The gate valve and the upper threaded stop valve are equipped with a rear sealing device, and the handwheel is fixed on the top to prevent leakage of the medium at the filling point.
4. Make stainless steel elbow with handwheel. Do not use levers or other tools to avoid damaging valve components. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close and vice versa.
5. The bolts on the valve packing cover should be tightened evenly and should not be pressed into a bent state, so as not to contact or interfere with the movement of the valve stem or cause leakage.
6. It should be kept clean during use, and the driving thread needs to be carried out smoothly as planned. Once the fault is found, stop the machine immediately and find out the cause of the fault.
